This session highlights rehabilitation and reconstruction approaches that rely on recycled materials and full-depth reclamation techniques. Topics include mechanical behavior of foamed-asphalt and cement-stabilized FDR, drainage performance of recycled concrete and plastic-modified base layers, and post-compaction response of recycled aggregates under simulated traffic loading. The papers focus on how material selection and stabilization method influence both short-term constructability and longer-term pavement performance
