Ms. Margarita Ordaz is a Research Civil Engineer in the Airfields and Pavements Branch at the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC). She holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso and an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University. Her research focuses on airfield drainage systems, geotechnical site characterization, and nondestructive testing methods to improve the performance and reliability of airfield and transportation infrastructure.
